Meet MC Stewart

MC Stewart is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of industry experience and a reputation for being trusted, knowledgeable, and deeply client-focused. Her career is defined not only by results, but by a genuine understanding of what “home” means to the people she serves.

Born and raised in South Africa, MC brings a truly global perspective to her work. Her life has taken her across multiple continents – six years in Bahrain, time in Okinawa, Japan, and homes in several U.S. states – giving her a rare cultural fluency and empathy that is especially valuable for clients navigating relocation, transition, or major life changes.

MC began her real estate career in 2009 when she earned her California license and built a strong foundation in market analysis, property valuation, and complex transactions. She later expanded her credentials, earning her Massachusetts license in 2016 and her New Hampshire license in 2020 – becoming a true multi-state professional equipped to guide clients seamlessly across both markets.

Building on that foundation, MC is now proud to be part of Coldwell Banker, where she combines her years of hands-on expertise with the firm’s expansive global network and innovative marketing tools to deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Outside of real estate, MC is a devoted mother of two daughters, married for over 20 years, and a proud pet parent to a Golden Retriever and a Maine Coon. Her personal belief that home is the foundation of everything is at the heart of how she approaches every client relationship – and every transaction.
